My experience with Coopers Plains car care was OUTSTANDING. I took my car to them for a second opinion cause Toyota told me the issue with my car would cost in excess of $4000 to fix. Coopers Plains car care did a thorough diagnoses on my car followed by a few changes to try and isolate the " real" issue. To my relief they determined that the error was only a sensor in the exhaust system which was going too cost about 1/10 of the cost Toyota wanted to fix my vehicle. it was clear that Geoff and his team knew exactly what they were doing and couldn't have been more accommodating throughout the process. I would strongly recommend anyone see these guys if you are having mechanical issues or just need your car service. You definitely wont be disappointed. Well done to Geoff, John and team. You guys have certainly restored my faith in that genuine and passionate mechanics do really exist.

I have been going to Coopers Plains Car Care for 6 years now and i find them very helpful and they have look after my car for me and repaired it. the staff there are very good and helpful when ever I go in and they check my car for me all the time in between services. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to all my friends and family

My husband and I have been having our car serviced and repaired with Geoff and Margaret since 2009 and have never taken our business elsewhere. We have always found them and their team to be honest, informative and very professional. They have a personal approach towards their clients and the service they provide. In addition to this, our car always returns in better condition despite its age! Thanks for your friendly approach and exceptional expertise!

I am giving a full 5 star positive review to this particular workshop as I have only received the best service possible from the Coopers Plains Future Auto Workshop. Geoff (Manager), Renee (receptionist) and Mark (Mechanic) along with the other staff have always been polite and informative. On Friday the 9th of August I had my car in for a minor service plus some added requests. This was the second time I have used this workshop. I was given a clean, well maintained loan car for the day which is yet another reason I choose this workshop. I pointed out a rattling noise on the outside of the engine but could not replicate the problem. Mark was able to figure this out and called me to say what the problem was. I was very impressed that he was able to find the problem considering I couldn’t show him at the time. Mark had also fixed an ongoing issue with my rear passenger door not opening properly. Renee is always very friendly and non-robotic at reception which makes me feel like I’m not just another customer. Jeff, who I’ve also spoken with, is obviously running a great workshop and takes pride in keep us customers happy, well informed and up to date on the service. Out of the good will of the workshop, I also receive a follow up call a week later to make sure I was happy with the service and if my car was operating well. That is customer service at it’s best!! My wife is now using Future Auto Coopers Plains who is also happy with the service. I will be recommending this workshop to anyone who asks me for a trusted mechanic and I hope Future Auto Coopers Plains won’t change what they are doing as, in my eyes, it’s top quality service. Coopers Plains Car Care were recommended by a friend. My car (Honda Odyssey) was presenting with overheating problems and starter motor problems. These were all fixed efficiently, and effort was made to keep the cost affordable. I have found Geoff and his team to be up front in their advice on mechanical servicing and repairs. I will definitely be continuing to service my car at Coopers Plains Car Care.
